SHIPPING
Fast shipping services. We carry out shipments within 24/48 working hours (travel time declared by gls, this may vary if the destination is an island, remote area or if it is a particularly busy period of the year) from the moment of purchase, orders placed before of 1pm they leave the same day, the shipping cost is set at €5 for the whole of Italy including the islands (delivery times to the islands and the most remote areas may take 24 hours more). Free shipping over €100. Couriers do not carry out collections or shipments on holidays and days before holidays, please take this into account to understand when the ordered package can arrive.

Shipping with cash on delivery requires payment in cash on delivery and costs €10 up to €100 and €5 up to €200. The limit threshold for payments on delivery is set at €200. However, the purchase of some products such as gift vouchers or clothes do not require cash on delivery. To request it, you must accept and pay the courier every time you request the cash on delivery. Customers who have refused a cash on delivery package will be denied cash on delivery for future orders.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return one or more items.

Conditions:

• the products must not have been used, washed and/or damaged;
• products must be returned including labels and packaging;
• products must be sent in a single shipment.

 

1. Once we receive your package, it will be processed within 24 hours in which we will satisfy your request.
2. To activate the return procedure, simply write to us on WhatsApp  or send us an email to info@threebrothers.it   
3. Choose from the 3 options available:

• Size change of the same article;
• Change article;
• Unlimited voucher from the total value of the order - shipping costs;
• Refund on the bank account of the price paid; 

 Contact us via email or whatsapp to receive the forms and information necessary to proceed or continue reading the page.

COSTS: Shipping costs are paid by the customer at 50% in case of exchange (costs only €6). When making an exchange there are two shipments to make: one for the return and one for the departure. One of them will be paid by us, the other will be paid by the customer and the payment will be made by card. For the smaller islands the cost is €10. In the event of a refund of the price paid, you will have to send the goods to us (at your own expense) to the following address:

Before proceeding with the shipment, contact with our customer service is always required to receive the return form to be included in the package. No returns will be accepted without the corresponding form. 

METHOD: Always contact us before making any choice. You can choose to send everything via our courier and pay the shipping to us (except in the case of a refund). You can also decide to send everything via another courier by organizing it yourself, in this case you will not have to pay us anything.

VOUCHER AS RETURN WITHOUT EXPIRY: if there are no other products you need at the moment you can request a voucher to spend whenever and however you want in the physical store and online. The voucher will have a value equal to the total order - shipping costs - any cash on delivery costs. It will also be spendable in the future and without any limitations.

PRICE REFUND: Right of reconsideration art. 52 and following of the Legislative Decree. Legislative Decree 206/05; to access the refund contact us, we will send you the form to fill out, close the package, send everything to the address Via olivastro scarela, 8 - Formia 04023 LT - near Vittoria. You will then receive a full refund of the shipping price paid at the time of purchase. The refund will be made by bank transfer to the IBAN indicated in the return form, generally the refund takes place the same day our warehouses receive your package. However, it should be kept in mind that: 

• -The goods must be complete in all their parts (tags, labels, decorations, etc.)

• They must not be used or washed in any way, any type of washing invalidates the right of withdrawal

• No more than 14 days must have passed since receipt of the ordered goods 

It is not possible to request a refund for perfumes, watches, belts, underwear and ties.

Depending on the country you live in, the time it takes for your replacement product to be delivered may vary.

Please note: The customer will be responsible for the return and its contents until received by our warehouse. We are not responsible for lost/damaged shipments by couriers chosen by customers. Make sure you close the package well and place it in the packaging correctly. 

The smaller islands have increased costs for shipping, which at the time of purchase will be paid by us in the excess part of €5; costs which however will be deducted in the event of a refund in their entirety, generally for the smaller islands the shipping fee is €10.

For all EU countries outside of Italy, returns or refunds are expected within 14 days of receiving the package. However, shipping costs will all be borne by the customer (valid only for EU countries outside of Italy)
